Why no hot water?

Why no hot water?

I noticed I had no hot water then discovered a red flashing light on my hot water BDR91, I had also received a Comms fault warning on my controlled. I managed to rebind the BDR91 and I have carried out system tests on both the hot water and heating BDR91s which flashed 5 times showing I have a good signal. I have replaced the batteries in my CS92 and also rebound it and system tested it, again saying I have an excellent signal. I am still not getting any hot water. When the green light on the BDR91 for the heating comes on, you can hear it firing up the boiler however the same does not happen when the green light on the hot water BDR91 comes on. Any suggestions on what is wrong?
