Evohome - how to update firmware, some bugs...?

Hi all,

I have an evohome and I would like to update the firmware (I have 2.00.11.21) because I think the current firmware has enough bugs and I hope they are fixed (e.g. at 8:30 PM the desired temperature for all rooms is reduced to 15 degrees according to the program, but the evohome at 8:50 p.m. he turns on the gas boiler for a minute, even though the rooms are 21 degrees and similar kinks), as if he worked in hourly cycles, then an nameless room with a temperature of 62 degrees which cannot be deleted etc.
