do I set Boiler Control: none?

Post by kmackay »

Recently tried to add a new HR92 but my Zones got wiped so I had to create new zones (one per rad). Now there is no heating - the app tells the controller heat is needed (desired temperatures show up) and the controller tells the HR’s (I can hear some of the valves opening) but nothing comes from the boiler. When trying to fix it, under Boiler Control, I set “none” - is this right? It’s a Worcester Boiler and I can’t see any external Wireless relay anywhere (like a BDR) so is the relay actually the center panel of the boiler (display is all blank on that circular panel but I think it always has been). I could set up “wireless relay” rather than “none” if this was the right thing to do AND if I could find the actual relay to put into Bind but I don’t think there is one?
Any other reason the boiler won’t send heat?
Thanks

Boiler Relay = None = No control of anything. There needs to be a BDR91 somewhere.

Is it possible that the circular device implanted in the boiler is the relay? I can’t see any ‘real BDR’ anywhere on a wall or anything.

No, Honeywell never made controls for other manufacturers so won't be part of the boiler. There must be a BDR91 somewhere.
