System Temperatures

Question regarding system temperatures,

What should the temperatures be set to on different parts of the hot water/heating system?

We currently have the following set,

Evohome - 60 with 10 differential
Worcester Greenstar Life System Boiler - 70
Megaflow Cylinder - Not sure but can check (what should it be set to)

I just want to check these settings and make sure they are not conflicting in some way.

evohome CS92A = 60C (differential is variable based on tank size).
Megaflo = no control (set to max)
Worcester system boiler = no control (set higher than evohome).
