Boiler & Pump enabled 05:00 every day.

Noticed in the summer that the boiler and pump, old style on/off boiler etc, was running at 05:00 every morning. Possibly 5 minutes or so. Not too much of a problem apart from the waste of energy enabling the boiler for a short time, flexing the pump is Ok.

However now with energy costs so high - this morning at 05:00 the bypass radiator in the bathroom was at full temperature. Whilst it's nice to get up for a visit to the toilet in cold weather and find it nice and warm is not cost effective.
Warm Weather saver is enabled
Cold weather boost is disabled
Optimum start is disabled
optimum stop is enabled

I believe this is happening every morning. Would appreciate knowing if this correct or can be disabled etc.
Anyone else noticing this?
