HR91 TRV double red light

I have an evohome system set up and working with a number of HR91 thermostats
When I went around checking them yesterday some of them show a solid double red light which stays on for a couple of seconds when I hit the right hand button
I have changed the battery, reset them on the thermostats and they remain paired to the controller
They even seem to work still as expected
Taking the battery out and putting it back in solves it for a short period of time

I just have no idea what the double solid red light means as it’s not on any manuals

Its saying the HR91 is 'locked' (which is done of the evotouch controller).

I worked it out - a dual red light is because you have turned off the ability for the TRV to be changed on the TRV
