I thought I'd got all the kit to get my system running. However the system isn't sending water through the pipes and returning, it's all linked correctly on the evohome side and communicating as it sends water from the boiler and through the flow side or tries to and its as if the return side isnt correct. It may have been plumbed incorrectly but I'm being told I need two motorised zone valves and potentially another controller to operate upstairs TRVs and downstairs UFH separately.
Do I need a motorised valve to operate my 3 underfloor heating zones and 3 HR92's? Am i missing some kit?
All the bits of kit I currently have:
Warmup underfloor heating setup/actuators and manifold
ESBE T4 Mixing Unit with UFH Pump Control Pack (Groundfos pump)
3 HR92's upstairs
3 underfloor heating zones downstairs
Underfloor heating controller with external antenna
wireless relay box
Any help would be amazing!!

Re: Underfloor Heating Help
As per page 46 of the evohome Installation Guide, if you have HR91/HR92 on all radiators (in a non-PDHW setup) you do not need a motorised zone valve on the radiator circuit.
However, you typically do need a zone valve on the UFH with the HCC80R.
These applications are quite difficult to understand and implement, so you would need an evohome specialist installer to get this correct for you.
