Firmware 01.00.03.00 upgrade risks?

Hi all

I bought my Evohome system in 2016, and have pretty much left it alone since installation then. I checked today what firmware it has, and it is 01.00.03.00. I suspect it lost whatever connection might have auto-updated it somewhere along the way.

If I reconnect it to the internet will it download the latest firmware and keep working without any challenges that I should be cautious of?

Called Resido and they pushed 17.03 without any apparent dramas. Minor surprise at how old the firmware was, but no sign of caution!

May need to call again if 19.33 doesn't appear on its own soon...

Yep, any firmware questions, just call Resideo as they are the only ones that can push it through.
