Hi, my system with conventional setup of 2 BRD91 relays, one for heating and one for hot water has been running well for several years. However, recently I have noticed green light on both relays on at same time, regardless of there being no demand for heating. It would appear that heating relay is being triggered by the signal sent to the hot water relay. Just to confirm, the two relays are 500 mm apart, and both are over 1 metre from the controller.
Does anyone have idea why, and can I clear bining of heating relay then rebind it to controller?
BRD91 relays croosed signal?
Re: BRD91 relays croosed signal?
Yes, reason is that you have configured the system for an 'appliance/boiler relay' instead of heating and hot water valve option.
If you contact Resideo tech support (number in my signature) and choose option 3, they should be able to talk you through reconfiguring the system correctly.
