I'm looking to know how to update my Evo home controller software is there a video guide my currently software is : Application software Version 02.00.11.21 , Wifi Software Version 02.00.11.00

The firmware can only be updated on ATC928G3000 controllers (model code under the main controller front flap) and if you have an applicable controller, you simply call the tech support line in my signature and they can push this for you.
