Exercise of radiator valves when Heating is Off

I presume that all the HR92 controlled radiator valves are in the off position (pins down) when the Heating Off option is selected on the Evohome Controller. Do the HR92s exercise (open and close) the radiator valves in this state from time to time to prevent the pins from getting stuck? Thanks.

they should do. they have a decalcification process that regularly opens/closes the valve. I think it does this once every 24h and it runs locally on the valve body so should't be influenced by whether the heating is off/on etc
