Comms Fault, Actuator

Hi
Newbie here!
I have just recently installed Ecohome controlling the heating only via 12 zones. 1 zone is a wet UFH controlled by electronic valve and BDR91, 1 zone is a Kitchen kickspace heater controlled by BDR91. Remaining 10 zones are HR91's with some rooms also connected to Y87FY's.
So far I have been really impressed with the system however I get a daily Comms Fault, Activator error with the 'Fault' notification occurring 12minutes latter each day, whilst the 'Restore' notification is similarly recurring as below:

Fault 26-11-2021, 19:32
Restore 26-11-2021, 16:22
Fault 25-11-2021, 19:20
Restore 25-11-2021, 16:11
Fault 24-11-2021, 19:08
Restore 24-11-2021, 15:59

As far as I can ascertain the control and heating system in always fully functional and therefore puzzled by the error. Anyone got and ideas as to what is causing the issue and how to rectify?????

evohome is looking for an actuator that doesn't exist... You have either misconfigured the product or double bound something.

If you contact tech support, they will probably be able to help with this. :geek:
