Hello, I've just bought a new DTS92E room thermostat and HR91 radiator controller from the Evohome Shop, for use in a new zone added to an existing Evohome installation. My Wifi controller is software version 02.00.17.03, wifi v 02.00.17.00. I went through the binding procedure and both units appeared to bind successfully, but as far as I can tell the temperature sensing is coming from the HR91 not the DTS92, and changing the target temperature on the DTS92 doesn't over-ride the main controller schedule, or open/close the HR91. When I look at the controller System Summary, the zone just shows "RADIATOR VALVE", it doesn't mention any other device. So my questions are:
1) Does this look like a problem with the binding, or can't the DTS92 be used in this way (ie to actively change the target temperature)?
2) If Ineed to rebind both units (ie start again) should I delete the zone first? And does it matter what order I do the binding? Is there anything else I need to do to get these units correctly bound?
3) Do I need to change any of the default parameters on the DTS92 to make it inter-operable with Evohome?
Thanks for any help

Hi all, I just tried re-binding the DT92 and this time it seems to work as I hoped. Sorry for wasting your reading time. In my defence, I would say that one of the (few) things I don't like about the Evohome system is the lack of debugging/system info

Good to hear. Maybe contact tech support and get your device updated (firmware push) as we are on 19.33 now.Libarch wrote:Hi all, I just tried re-binding the DT92 and this time it seems to work as I hoped.
