ATC928G3000 Vs THR99C3100 controllers

Anyone know what the difference between these two are? Just seen on the shop the arc say updated but no Info on what has changed? I just need a controller but unsure what is the latest one out?

In a nutshell, its just different part codes depending on distribution channel. Personally I would just buy an ATP921R3100 and sell the stand and relay box on eBay. 8-)
