Has anyone had any problems configuring their evohome to Google assistant? I constantly get a 'unable to connect to honeywell total connect comfort intl' error?

Just contact Resideo tech support and they will be able to help you with this.

I have exactly the same problem. I contacted Resideo and they referred me to the installation guide and said to contact Google's technical support if it didn't work. So I think that's them saying "We see you have a problem and we just don't care. Feel free to call anyone else (even though it's our server that has the issue)."

This needs to be taken up with Resideo's technical support directly. Contact 0300 130 1299 and request to place a complaint to the team directly about this. Thanks.
