"Internal battery low" message on controller

"Internal battery low" message on controller

I've got a Wifi connected controller (purchased with Value Pack B in late 2017) mounted on an AF800 desk mount. About an hour ago it started quietly beeping, and displaying the message "INTERNAL BATTERY LOW Please place unit back on power".

The unit hasn't been moved from the desk mount for months. I've checked the power is properly plugged in, mains on etc. Can anyone suggest what the problem might be, or how I can diagnose it?

OK, scratch that...! turns out I'd lost power to the whole ground floor. All sorted now
