System summary %

Hi

I’ve had the evohome installed for a couple of months and I submitted my first meter reading while having evohome installed, I was looking forward to my 40% saving. The usage was so high the energy company contacted me and asked me to double check my reading as it was much higher than their estimated and outside their margin for error!!!

The boiler does seem to be continually pumping since evohome was installed. I’ve tried to look at the system summary page at % usage of the various HR92’s but no % is given, it’s not even an option to see. Do you know how I can get this extra functionality?

What is the model of your evohome Controller (under fascia ATC928GXXXX).

If its a G3000 model then it doesn't look like the firmware has been updated. If its a G2000 model, then this model doesn't have the functionality.

I’ve contacted Honeywell and they’re going to try and push a firmware update. Fingers crossed
