Extraneous hot water sensors in TCC app
Extraneous hot water sensors in TCC app
I don't see these on the controller itself but have two extra 'sensors' on the app. Both come up with errors. How can I get rid of them and why do I have them? Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: Extraneous hot water sensors in TCC app
Completely remove the evohome controller from the TCC app and then re-add it.

Worked perfectly. Much appreciated.
Re: Extraneous hot water sensors in TCC app
I came to investigate/ask with the same issue.
And as described, works perfectly.
Indeed you don't even need to be in front of the controller to do it.
Pop onto the Comfort Systems > View settings page in the web browser, and it shows your MAC and crc.
I just deleted the location and readded it, then the controller and its all back minus the phantom hot water sensor.
Had to log out of the phone app and relog in again for it to update there.
