So my setup is as follows - S Plan - BDR91 controlling heating zone valve, BDR91 controlling hot water valve, indirect hotwater cylinder, boiler hardwired to s-plan.
I have a 5 zone underfloor using the underfloor controller,
and 8 HR92 (one in 2-way)
The problem, the BDR91 controlling the heating valve doesnt respond after the underfloor is used to control the heat, it stays always on, even after the actuatuors have stopped calling.
i setup the system with just the HR92 and everything was working fine.
I addedd the underfloor heating and the HR92 carried on working fine.
I turned the UFH zones on individually to check bindings, all came on when requested, and the BDR91 came on.
I turned all the UFH zones and they went off the controller, but left the BDR91 on. (I have no device calling for heat)
I changed a HR92 to call for heat and it adjusted, when turned off, the BDR91 stayed on.
No matter what i do with the controlls the BDR91 stays on (it does still work manually)
Things i have tried:
rebinding the BDR91
moving the BDR91 to check for interference.
swapping the hotwater BDR91 and heating BDR91 and rebinding.
Anyone experienced this? Anyone got any ideas? its driving me mad.
