All zones reset / renamed

Hi

I have a very strange problem with my evohome system. The main controller recently managed to reset itself - I think it may have lost power for a while.

When I restarted it, all of the rooms / zones I had set up have been renamed. E.g. the hr92 in the living room is now called 'dining room' (we don't have a dining room), the hr92 in the hall has now been renamed 'living room'. All of the rooms have been given a seemingly random / made up room allocation.

When I go to the HR92s, they initially show their proper zone name but after a couple of seconds they're renaming themselves to the 'new' names from the main controller.

Has anyone seen this happen before? And is there any way of getting my old zones back or do I need to start from scratch?

I had this too when I swapped out the batteries (for Eneloop ones) - all the names had reset.

I wondered if it was because I set the names via the mobile app, so the controller hadn't properly saved them?

On initialisation the zones are given names like 'Living Room', 'Dining Room', 'Bedroom 1' etc. Sounds like the controller reset entirely for some reason.
