Hi..
If the device is connected to the internet then it will update software automatically, however if you contact Resideo (Honeywell) Consumer Support on 0300 130 1299 they can push through an update if you provide them with the MAC ID and CRC Number of your Evohome device. This can be obtained from the data label under the front fascia.
