One question we appear to be getting asked a lot of recently is 'What is the difference between a HR91 and a HR92?'
Well, Honeywell have produced a help article outlining the differences between the two units, you can find that here -https://ensupport.getconnected.honeywel ... uage=en_US
Our quick overview:
The HR91's come minus the LCD display and the local override feature. Ideal for installation in places such as the following:
- Kids bedrooms
- Public places
- Zones with multiple radiators (Use a room stat such as T87RF2033 for visual temperature reference/local override)
- Radiators in covers/behind furniture
- Rental properties/Hotels
From personal opinion, we think the HR91's are more pleasing from an aesthetic point of view, and of course a financial point of view due to a reduced cost.
The fact that there is no LCD display could also lead to extended battery life, but this is yet to be seen as the products have not been available long enough to confirm.
