Honeywell Home app (android) not sync issues

Hi,

Like a number of people who have reviewed the Honeywell Home android app on the Google Play store I'm experiencing an issue whereby if I change settings on the Honeywell Home app (e.g. temperature, delete a switchpoint) and am sure to save those changes, these changes are not updating on the home controller. If I do an manual override (e.g. Away, change the temperature until the next switchpoint) these changes DO show up on the evohome controller - so it's not a case of the app and the controller completely not talking to each other - it's more a case that the Controller seems selectively unable to sync any changes to the heating programme you make on the Honeywell Home app.

There are at least 4 other reviewers in 2019 who have the same issue so I'm guessing this is (another) bug in evohome by Honeywell. They've certainly got form. I have emailed Honeywell but in my experience they aren't interested in the end user, so I thought it might be worth enquiring here if anyone either had worked out a way to fix this or perhaps knew when Honeywell will be releasing a fix (I assume to the app)?

I use iOS so I am not personally sure of any issues on Android.

Have you had a response off Resideo? Sometimes best to call them on 0300 130 1299.
