UFH Actuators

What decides whether a normally closed or normally open actuator is needed? I am installing a John Guest manifold and want to order some actuators but don't know which type to order.

Why not buy JG's thermal actuators if your not sure?

Like my advice suggests, just purchase John Guests thermal actuators for the manifold you have and you will have the correct ones?
