Programmer range

We are planning a complete Evohome sytem for our relatively large (6 bedroom) house, 2 storeys plus cellar basement and loft. We want to have the programmer in the kitchen on the ground floor but need to know the maximum operating range between the programmer and HR92 TRVs. Is there a way of testing this pre-installation?
