2 boiler set up with hw

I have an oil sytem with 2 boilers for heating they are controled by 2 controlers 1 upstairs 1 downstairs the heating works fine each controler can switch on both boilers for heat what i want to do is with the upstairs controler only swith on 1 boiler when HW is required not both at the moment HW switches on both boilers is there a way of doing it.

You would have to setup each controller as 'zone valve' zones and have hot water on one of them setup as hot water only. You may have to use relay's to prevent a back feed to the second boiler when you are calling for hot water demand on the individual boiler.
