New installation of evohome with an atag economiser 35 and I am wondering what issues would be caused by leaving the en-suite towel radiators (there is a large and small one) with regular TRV's?
I know this should not be done but one of the radiators is actually in the shower cubical area and I am unsure if the HR92's would actually survive the steam and / or water.
With there being two towel radiators in the same zone I could put one HR92 on the bigger towel radiator leaving only one uncontrolled element in the zone.
So I have a couple of questions:
How bad would it actually be to have them totally uncontrolled?
Can he HR92's survive getting wet and steam?
Would one HR92 be of any benefit or am I best just leaving them both uncontrolled?
Any experience and views would be much appreciated so I can weigh up if leaving these radiators out of the system would give bigger problems to the whole system. Worst case I use the suck it and see approach and get HR92's if it really does cause issues with the system as a whole.
HR92's on all except towel radiators
Re: HR92's on all except towel radiators
Should be fine leaving one open circuit and in fact i recommend this when using a boiler with OpenTherm...
