First post so sorry if this has been asked before.
I currently thinking about fitting a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30i boiler and was hoping to add an Evohome WiFi controller and Multi zone kit but after days of searching I cannot find anything on the Honeywell or WB sites that can confirm they will talk to each other as the boiler is not open therm compatible.
Can anyone confirm if these will work together or if not recommend a similar quality high efficiency boiler that will work well with the Evohome set up as I really like the idea of being able to control each room individually.
Thanks in advance
Stewart
Is a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30i and Evohome compatable
Re: Is a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30i and Evohome compatabl
Worcester only use 230v switching when using the evohome system and this is defined as ErP Class IV control... If you use evohome with an Intergas boiler (https://theintergasshop.co.uk/) and use 'load compensation' with a Honeywell R8810A OpenTherm Bridge, this can be ErP Class VIII which is a massive improvement to efficiency and control.
