Please help

Good evening. I have had my Evo Home for over a year. Has all been fine until recently. A few months ago I had a loft conversion, added more radiators and a boiler move. All seemed fine. Now, when the room reaches the target temp and the valve winds up or down the noise it makes is awful. I have to quickly remove the TRV and manually wind it up or down to stop the noise. It's not limited to one radiator. Has anyone any ideas Please?

Probably water hammer due to cheap or faulty radiator valves? Do you have an automatic bypass valve installed and correctly set?
