System Controller Battery

When I first installed the Evo System comprising of 7 radiators and two underfloor circuits, the controller could not be separated from the dock for longer than 10 minutes before displaying "low battery", this was immediately replaced. The replacement is now doing the same after 18 months of being installed, please advise
