Thank you - it turns out the 2 port valve motor was faulty and when trying to open it was not activating the micro-switch inside. For now I am manually activating this, and have a plumber booked in this week to replace the faulty 2 port valve.

Need your help desperately please. Evohome set up to CH and HW. However, when CH relay is activated (green light) the boiler does not fire up (I understand it's a system boiler). Is there a switch or something that is faulty? Hot water works OK all the time. Tried calling helpline but it seems to be ...
