A few weeks ago I bought a DTS92 from smartthermostatshop for my lounge to act as a zone sensor, and it works just fine. Just in case anybody else stumbles across this with the same problem. I think I've fixed it. Deleted the zone, and redone it again from scratch , and that appears to have done the trick.

I've been having a similar problem, 7 out of 8 zones are working fine, but this 1 zone just keeps demanding 100%. Setpoint 16, temp = 17.5, HR92 valve is closed, radiator cold... but still 100% demand. I've found that manually overriding the temp on the HR92 to say, 15.5, fixes it and demand drops ...

Can you not just bind one BDR91 as Hot water valve, and the other as Heating valve instead of boiler control ? Hot water priority won't even work without two valves.

In the event the heating zone valve fails, if I understand correctly. The controller will call for heat, activating the heating BDR91 which will respond. And Evohome will think all is well and the boiler has been activated. When in fact this is not the case, the boiler will be sitting idle. The pump ...
