I tried ringing the Evohome technical support but only received a voicemail.
I am not sure what you mean regarding the incorrect configuration?
Can you please explain?
Also' I am not sure how an incorrect configuration would also result in an RF signal error message ...

I have just installed the Evohome Value Pack A which has 2 x BDR91 relays.
One is connected to the electric supply for the oil boiler and the other controls the hot water valve via the immersion tank thermostat.
I have 8 x HR92's all connected and communicating fine with the Evotouch Controller ...
