Thanks for the advice. There is a red warning triangle in the "Boiler Control - Wireless Relay Box" column and the display does show an error from time to time "Comms Fault - Boiler Relay". Not sure what I can do about this though.

Does anyone have any idea why my boiler fires up from time to time even though I have all rooms and the hot water turned off?
It's not cold inside at the moment so surely not a frost-protection setting in the boiler? I'll try to work out how often and for how long it comes on if that would help.

I now have the same situation of night time electricity being cheaper than gas and so bought a wi-fi controlled fused spur to control the immersion heater. I can now turn it on and off manually, remotely or on a schedule and it is working very well. The only problem is the Evohome system doesn't ...
