Would anyone know what is likely causing the hot water temperature to frequently not update. After changing the batteries the temperature will update and then after a while stop updating. If I power cycle (pulling the batteries out and then back in) then the pattern is repeated. Temperature updates ...

Stupid first question on this forum, but how do you detach the cs92 from the back plate? I need to move it. Thanks.
