The location of the controller has nothing to do with it.
This is about the boiler coming on before the temperature in an HR92 zone has reached the set point and so before that HR92 has opened its valve. This is the only zone even remotely close to the set point.

You can have the controller in a room without an HR92, that's how mine is installed.
I have multiple zones: the first zone contains the controller and the remaining zones contain HR92s.
No you can't, plays havoc with the fuzzy logic... ;)

I had a phantom zone on my app too; I contacted Honeywell via the Total Connect Comfort website and they resynced my account with the controller and it went away.
