Re: Evohome opentherm way overshooting target temperatures
If the OP is around, I would love to know how you are recording and graphing the temperatures in your rooms? I've seen similar although I do not run OpenTherm... but regardless I thought EH would modulate flow to the radiators via the HR92 and keep adjusting on a fairly regular basis. I do use a ...

Suddenly most of my actuators report comms faults
I have a 12-zone system that has been running for about 3 years. Suddenly today, most of my zones are reporting comms faults - within a couple of hours of each other. No temperature is reported on the main controller but the HR92 units seem fine. Is there a big system update being pushed out or ...

HR92 thread totally mangled
I fitted an additional HR92 to a new radiator a few weeks ago, all good. Until yesterday I noticed it was no longer straight but tilting... looking more closely it just come off when I touched it and the white plastic screw thread had become really distorted. I can't think anyone had been near it to ...

So I'm still confused what temperature sensor to buy
I am building an EvoHome system and in one room, the HR92 is clearly not getting a good airflow - it claims the room is 21.5C when the thermometers I have tested around the room in just about every location claim it is 15C. So I want to get a dedicated sensor which I know is possible. I go to the ...

Re: Can I use EvoHome without the clunky TRVs?
But the earlier suggestion of using an in line value and the HR92 would be cheaper than a zone valve and BDS91 - I hadn't thought of that! Its the best suggestion as doesn't require mains voltage and the HR92's are fully modulating (who wants a 2 port valve swinging around lol)... 8-) and there's ...

Re: Can I use EvoHome without the clunky TRVs?
Thanks, this is the sort of idea I was after. Why the T87RF not the cheaper DT92E? I assume your thought was two actuators wired into one relay box? Interestingly I found you can buy both motorised valves, and mains power rad actuators (£30 each). Can't recall the part number right now. One ...

Re: Two identical looking room thermostats, what is the diff
Maybe I should ask, if I have HR92 in my room for an existing EvoHome setup and just want the cheapest wall thermostat, which is it?

Re: Two identical looking room thermostats, what is the diff
Then why the DTS92? It looks like an old fashioned version but does the same?

Re: Two identical looking room thermostats, what is the diff
Now I found a 3rd... Honeywell DTS92E1020 Wireless Digital Room. I'm continually struggling to figure out what products are compatible with each other and EvoHome, since Honeywell do other ranges; is there not a single table listing this, or a nice brochure for EvoHome? I have my core system set up ...

Two identical looking room thermostats, what is the differen
For an EvoHome multizone setup, are these both usable as per-room thermostats? What are the differences between them?
