Re: HR92: Parameter 6

It also increases the number of revolutions it will turn between fully closed and fully open and therefore increase the total pin travel. A couple of my valve bodies don't fully flow until the pin is right out and I found that on standard stroke the HR92 would only turn to within half a turn of full...

Re: New installation

Doesn't sound like you have your relays bound or wired correctly. How is your boiler wired to fire ? Are the limit switches (orange wires) of both your heating and hot water zone valves wired to fire the boiler ? If so, do you have both BDR91's wired to the two zone valves respectively, and did you ...

Re: DTS92E and HR80 - with DTS92E as the "lead sensor"

On the new Wi-Fi controller like mine you can rebind the temperature sensor without having to rebind the radiator valve but I don't think you can do that on the older models. So you would need to just bind all devices for that particular zone again making sure that you bind the DTS92 first and then ...

Re: DTS92E and HR80 - with DTS92E as the "lead sensor"

However it seems that the HR80 is what is controlling the room temperature - not the thermostat. According to the DTS92 instructions I can change a parameters in the Installer mode settings - it is parameter Su Room temperature sensor use Su 0 = DT92 alone 1 = DT92 with HR80, using HR80 sensors 2 =...

Re: EVO Home setup Questions

1. On the T87RF2033 , when the zone is calling for heat , should there not be a symbol on it display showing that heat is been called for ? Something like a flame . When bound to an Evotouch you won't get any flame indicator on the thermostat. The same applies to a DTS92 - it has a flame indicator ...

Re: No Boiler Control

How long are you waiting after choosing heating off ? It takes up to 5 minutes to take effect during which time the boiler relay may still cycle on and off. This is because it takes up to 4 minutes for the off (5 degree) set point to be sent to HR92's and up to 30 seconds for them to wind the valve ...

Re: Y87RF Single Zone Thermostats

You haven't rebound the HR92 at some point by any chance ? Does the reading on the HR92 (if you configure it to show room temperature) match the reading on the controller ? If so what might be happening is that rebinding it has nominated the HR92 to be the temperature sensor for the zone - which mea...

Re: communication with the system lost

Is it possible to restore a lost connection to the app remotely? That is when not able to restart the wifi hub. If your wifi router is flaky and requires a reboot to get your internet connection working again there's nothing you can do remotely to do this. Suggest you speak to your ISP to get the c...

Re: Central Heating BDR91 switches on for 20 seconds

It doesn't sound like the system is doing anything wrong to me - I would suggest doing a little bit of reading on how TPI works if you are not used to it - when the demand is low TPI will run the boiler for quite short periods of time. So if your zones are up to temperature the boiler will only come...

Re: Multiple hr92 on a zone

When you do the initial binding for all the HR92's in that zone, choose the HR92 for the "most important" room in the zone whose temperature you want displayed on the controller first. (only one room's temperature can be displayed) Then afterwards go into zone configuration, choose the zon...
