You need the Mixergy cylinder to give a 'satisfied' and 'not satisfied' demand to the CS92A. This can be done with a resistor box with a couple of resistors and a relay attached the Mixergy cylinder. I'm assuming this is what the Mixergy MK2 Heat Pump Interface will give you? Any reason why the ...

If you have HR92's on all radiators then you setup the system like the schematic on page 46 of the evohome installation guide with no heating zone valve - its just not required.

HR92 Radiator Controllers in bathrooms are not ideal. They get damp and battery contacts/PCB corrodes from the moisture etc.
Personally I would leave them open circuit or with a manual TRV head.

The HCC100 has a 'Pump' terminal which gives a switched live but only operates when there is a demand for an UFH zone.
You wire it similar to how the HCC80R used to be wired (I will do a HCC100 version when I get 5 minutes)...

Obviously some changes have been made on the new firmware with unexpected consequences. Feeding back to tech support is your best option, although I would imagine any fixes will be in a future update.
